NZ address layout

All our clients are positive about our communication with them, thanks to ContactFile. As one of the main administrators, I would appreciate a New Zealand address layout. Is this possible?JK

Refreshing contact groups

Hi!  I use the contact groups facility quite a lot.  One of the things I do is have a contact group that is the same as an organisation category.  (I know this might seem daft to have it twice, but it helps to have the flexibility that contact groups offer.)  Anyway, if I add another contact to an organisation group, the contact group isn’t updated, and I think it should be.

small beans

hi!  am thinking of re-activating local neighbourhood watch group and as well as having a list of residents i will need to be able to note the very small amounts of money paid in.  can contactfile do this?

Focus on Sales!

Of course a blog is a great way to share expert knowledge with a wider audience, and people then get to know where to come for advice and professional solutions.  Heather at CM Databases certainly deserves the ‘expert’ label, mainly because of the great support and on-line training she provides.

I needed a solution which would enable one of my clients to increase sales by developing relationships with past customers, and Heather quickly provided a way for us to have synchronised access whilst I was supporting the campaign.  We could then focus on developing sales skills instead of the technology – just the way it should be!

Now I know where my clients come from

I setup my complementary therapy practice last year.  To begin with my client management was based on paper records and the odd spreadsheet.  And then this year I bumped into Heather at a First Friday meeting in Worthing.

The first post

Hello all.  This is the new CONTACTfile blog.  It’s for you to say anything you like, about anything you like, good or bad, that’s remotely connected to database products. I look forward to hearing from you!
