Exit strategy!

I would like to be able to exit contactfile without having to go back to the home screen first. Out of habit, I’ve just hit the X to close the programme several times and it’s clear that it doesn’t like it. Is it possible to have an ‘end session’ button on every screen rather than just the opening one?
