Just to say that I love the way you can now limit what my staff can see on the database.  Now that certain staff can only see their own sales progression, it makes life much easier for me.  Thank you!

I am just wondering about security issues.  We currently use CONTACTfile on a network, and would like some of the functionality limited so that only one appointed person can make changes - namely, the listing of categories, person types, and contact group names.  Is this possible please?

Hi!  I see that we can now save the results of a search on “Who bought what” as a contact group.  That’s brilliant!  Now how about “Who called to enquire” - so that I can search on my Tracker stages?

I’m using tracker, and it works really well, but when I’m using the “Set to Key Date” button, it sets everything to the same date.  This is fine, but I really need the tasks to have different dates - each a set number of dates infront of the key date.  This is probably a tall order, but perhaps you could put it on your to-do list?

Hi

Is there any chance I could have new releases before everyone else?  I like the idea of being able to have my say about how the product functions, and it would be good to be closer to the development trail.  Do you need people to test out new releases in this way?

Hi!  I use the contact groups facility quite a lot.  One of the things I do is have a contact group that is the same as an organisation category.  (I know this might seem daft to have it twice, but it helps to have the flexibility that contact groups offer.)  Anyway, if I add another contact to an organisation group, the contact group isn’t updated, and I think it should be.
