CONTACTfile 4.4

Just to say that I love the way you can now limit what my staff can see on the database.  Now that certain staff can only see their own sales progression, it makes life much easier for me.  Thank you!

The who-did-what routine

Thank you for your reply to the who-bought-what question.  I have updated, and I see that you have a Tracker routine too.  This is very useful.  So thanks are due once again.

CONTACTfile training

I see that you are offering some training in CONTACTfile in March.  There isn’t any training for the Club add-on module.  Why is this?

Wonderful CONTACTfile!

Heather has visited me at home and set up contact file for me. I am almost computer illiterate and was fearful of not being able to utilise it successfully. Not only is it a very logical and clear system that I am finding very easy to access, but Heather is a very skilled and patient teacher and communicator. I would like to recommend this program without reservation.

Investing in the add-ons

I am so glad that we have invested in Invoicer, Tracker, and Document Manager. We thought long and hard about it and now I only wish we’d just gone for it quickly and saved ourselves a lot of hassle in the meantime. It was so easy to expand our ContactFile Pro system. Thanks for the on-the-phone support.I can do so much more, and I thought it was good before!

Testing beta versions

Hi

Is there any chance I could have new releases before everyone else?  I like the idea of being able to have my say about how the product functions, and it would be good to be closer to the development trail.  Do you need people to test out new releases in this way?

Focus on Sales!

Of course a blog is a great way to share expert knowledge with a wider audience, and people then get to know where to come for advice and professional solutions.  Heather at CM Databases certainly deserves the ‘expert’ label, mainly because of the great support and on-line training she provides.

I needed a solution which would enable one of my clients to increase sales by developing relationships with past customers, and Heather quickly provided a way for us to have synchronised access whilst I was supporting the campaign.  We could then focus on developing sales skills instead of the technology – just the way it should be!

Now I know where my clients come from

I setup my complementary therapy practice last year.  To begin with my client management was based on paper records and the odd spreadsheet.  And then this year I bumped into Heather at a First Friday meeting in Worthing.
